Welcome back to your weekly update of Footbally nonsense. Lets get straight into it.
We ended last week with Dave on fine goalscoring form. Thankfully, he has carried that over to this week as well. 2 more for the big man and Blackburn have no answer, off on a winning note.

UEFA cup 4th round action as Leverkusen roll into town, and leave with their tails between their legs. Nick scored two goals in two real life weeks. It is a hell of a return for a player who had previously scored 5 goals in 4 seasons. Keep it up Nick!
A win is a win i guess, it doesn’t always need to be total football. You may also have noticed that i have replaced Barry in nets with a CM legend, Steve Simonsen. You can never have too many good keepers.
This saves EPL is almost as weak as it is in real life right now, first Huddersfield now Barnsley. We stick 4 past them in an attempt to put them back in to division 1.
Leverkusen make us sweat on qualification into the Quarter Finals. They win 2-0 at their place. Thankfully, the first leg was enough to see us through.
As comfortable as a 1-0 win could be, Leicester didn’t offer a single threat to us. But looking at that line up that’s not a surprise.
Our good form is put to an end as Forest batter us. We were honestly lucky to escape with a draw thanks to a last minute goal from Nath.
A yawnfest for all who turned up at the Arena for this one.
The next match wasn’t much better. At least Dave found the net. We are in a situation here where if Dave or Nevland don’t score, we don’t score. Worrying.
I normally like to end these blogs on a high but Man U had other ideas, They batter us and effectively knock us out of the UEFA Cup at the QF stage. Let’s find out next time.
Thanks for reading, I’ll be back next week with more footbally goodness
