Portuguese Men o’ Wolves – Part 34: Hungary like the Wolves | @NTR9798

Bom Dia! and welcome along to another Friday at Molineux, where Nick’s defending Premiership champions haven’t had the best start to season ten domestically, but they’ve been taking full advantage of a favourable Champions League group, so there is hope. Let the fun resume

The title of champions is certainly weighing heavy on our shoulders at the minute. We’ve had no problem scoring goals as usual, but just can’t seem to hold onto a lead to save our lives, and have drawn almost half our games so far. Surely this can’t carry on for much longer…

Turf Roar: Season 4 – part 2 | @Taitanator

Welcome to the middle third of season four.  We ended the first part of the season in eighth place, with a -4 goal difference and as many wins as losses, suffice to say our second season in the Premier League is not going as well as the first.  To add to our misery Ali De Souza injures himself and will me missing for the next six weeks, he’s been one of the few positives this season so it’s a serious blow.

Portuguese Men o’ Wolves – Part 33: Shield of dreams | @NTR9798

Bom Dia! I hope you all had an egg-cellent Easter, and enjoyed last week’s season nine finale, where despite Nick’s final day permutations maths letting him down, his Portuguese Wolves were finally crowned Premiership champions! Can they build on their title success? Here’s Nick

The World Cup squads are announced, and Fergie names four of the pack, but surprisingly there are no seats on the plane for Coelho or Amaral despite scoring 26 goals each this season…

Turf Roar: Season 4 – part 1 | @Taitanator

Welcome back to the beginning of season four of our merry little adventure with the Clarets.  After back to back promotions we made it to the Premier League and season three saw us challenging at the top of the table, ultimately falling short to Man Utd but finishing a very respectable second and qualifying for Europe’s premier club competition.

I spent the end of season three and the start of season four strengthening the squad.  Unfortunately, Brazilian and Bulgarian players fall under the FGN rule, so I can field only three in the match day squad. The Belgians don’t seem as interested as I expected them to be so the majority of the squad is made up of Irish players.  I am of course using the Bene & Hot rule to full effect and maxing out my three wild cards who are all French.  With all that said I pick up a few unfamiliar names with very familiar stats.

Ricardinho = Julio Cesar

Sporting Eeyore – Part 1: The Worst

Hello, or maybe that should be Hola, except I don’t know how to do the upside down exclamation thingy. It’s good to be back. I’ve had a bit of a self imposed exile from Champ Manager. It’s not that I don’t like the game, it’s just when you’ve done more or less everything there’s not loads that motivates me. I’ve also been busy, tired, you know the usual things that come with being an adult. Anyway, let’s see if I remember how to do this.

Where are we? Here:

Portuguese Men o’ Wolves – Part 32: Double or nothing | @NTR9798

Bom Dia! and Good Friday to you. Welcome to the season 9 finale of Nick’s Portuguese odyssey with Wolves, who are sitting pretty in the league and still in the FA Cup. Can they secure at least one trophy, or even the double? Or will it be more heartbreak? Over to Nick…

Here’s a look at the table with 15 games to go. Leicester and Arsenal sit top, but we’re only a point behind, and still have to play them both, so we’ll at least have a say in where the title goes (hopefully Molineux). Game on…

A Royale Mess – A Blog Squad Tale | Part Three: All Brann, No Cap | @KingOfTheRooks

Hallo, hej, hello! Welcome back to Scandinavia’s finest ruined by 10 stupid men. Last time out we managed to first game of the league having been peppered with cup games, and I suspect this latest post will be much the same. Such is life in Scottish Division Three.

Early doors, Rob (Stromsgodset) and Deano (IFK Gothenburg) appear to have drawn the longest straws, but it is early days. A reminder of the table:

Turf Roar: Season 3 – part 3 | @Taitanator

We ended part two of this season still in the hunt for the Premier League title after an epic 4-4 draw at Old Trafford.  Donal was the hero on that occasion coming off the bench and scoring two vital goals.

Donal gets the nod ahead of Earthworm when we face Newcastle at the Moor.  He puts in a MOM display scoring the goals needed to secure the win.

Portuguese Men o’ Wolves – Part 31: Villa killer | @NTR9798

Bom Dia! and welcome back to Molineux, where a tactical tweak that has seen Nick’s Wolves make a great start to season 9. Can they keep it up? Or does disappointment lie ahead as per? Here’s Nick with the latest…

Here’s the current state of affairs. It seems that getting relegated 3 seasons ago has given Arsenal the chance to rebuild, and they lead the way after 12 games. We’re not far behind though, and are playing well, so hopefully we can keep pace with them. Let’s f*cking go…
