Welcome back to my weekly round up of the life and times of some of the world’s most famous CM9798 bloggers. Where they transfer their writing skills to the football pitch.

We will start this week with the arrival of Newcastle to the arena. Dave is not one for sentiment. He gives them the business with the winning goal. I hope he celebrated!

Defending champions Leeds are next. They have an odd squad of superstars like Vieri and Denilson. They also have Leeds stalwarts like Bob Molenaar and David Hopkin. Either way they beat us with ease and its going to be a challenge to overturn them this season.

In this save Arsenal haven’t really turned out to be the force they really were around the time IRL. And we take full advantage of that with an easy 4-1 win.

The run of easy games continues, we handle Man U quite easily, Big bad Barry with the MOTM award.

Back to European action as we take on Grasshoppers of Switzerland. Henchoz gets subbed after 29 mins with a 4 player rating. Nightmare! On the other hand a 4-1 win will do very nicely as we look to progress.

Unbelievably, Huddersfield are still in the Premier League. We do all we can to relegate them. We brought in a new CB to pair with myself and Andrew at the back. He makes a superb debut getting a red card after just 12 minutes. He’s obviously been taking tips from Andrew.

The Grasshoppers are crushed 6-2 on aggregate, Even renowned goal shy Nick pops up with one.On to the next round.

WTF happened here? I still can’t explain it. We were 5-0 down before we somewhat salvaged some respectability with 2 late goals. On the plus side one of the og TBS players Deano wasn’t involved in our humiliation

Villa are full of internationals but it wasn’t enough to beat us, a comfortable 3-0 victory. Nevland and Black have formed a lethal partnership.

Lets end this weeks update on a high as we keep 2 clean sheets in a row and knock another of the big boys off there perch, Dave with another as he keeps up his goal scoring form.
