League Cup action next, we have a kind draw at home to Wigan.

It looks like a walk in the park but Wigan gives us a scare. Eventually we get over the line but we need extra time. 

Raiding Rangers outcasts again. This time it’s Russell on the transfer listt He scored 38 goals in season 1 for Sunderland before getting a move to the Gers. £1.1m could be a bargain. 

Might take him a few weeks to get going. It’s a poor debut as we scrape a last minute draw against QPR. 

Oh Gascoigne is injured again. I’ve had enough now, he’s going on the transfer list.
