Hello hello and welcome back to this multi-club save, where Crystal Palace, Nice and Go Ahead Eagles are trying to co-exist to move up the metaphorical ladder and ultimately dominating the Champions League. So far? One out of three. But we’re all trying. Let’s see what today brings.
It’s a good old fashioned Champing to kick us off today. To be honest all I can do is blame the finishing. When you have two strikers who scored 60 between them what can you really do to improve?

Bit of a left field one here. Ndlovu has been performing well for Nice but it’s rare somebody of his quality is willing to move to Holland, so off he goes.

Whether this turns out to be a masterstroke or an idiotic move that destabilises our French contingent’s best season remains to be seen.

The early signs are that Pete will not be missed in France. This is a stunning result, thankfully Monaco are in that phase of the game where they have no money and a man with no hands in goal.

France’s finest take a battering off another Beefy Eagle as Palace put their Champions League campaign back on track.

Should be plain sailing now but we’ve made heavy work of what looked an average group.

There will be no more Pints Cup for the Dutch Eagles. Clinton Morrison’s pen miss summing up an eventful 8th minute.

After a strong start it’s going awry very quickly for us.

Some versatility for the wingback positions arrives at Nice. Hopefully Joey Barton is nowhere to be seen.

This was a stinker of a Pointless Cup tie but you better believe I want to beat this lot after last season. Ledezma makes it so.

It’s not exactly an all star cast in the quarter finals but we will take Villa on in the new year.

We just about secure our last 8 spot. It was a bit nervy at 1-0.

Success.

Couldn’t have got Grasshopper could we?

Another important win for Nice, Baudry Roberts getting the late winner this time. Ndlovu barely remembered, Nice now off for a month in the winter break.

The streak is over! GAE get their first win in forever. European push back on.

One of the finest days in BEEFCO history as Palace go to Old Trafford and win again but this time it’s 5-1. Big Pete was dismissed and the sub keeper was Macaulay “Nick” Culkin. Lovely stuff.

Gary Wilmot sees off Sparta Rotterdam as the Eagles head off for their Christmas break.

As usual though these things come at a cost, and Natigol missing the majority of the rest of the season is as big a blow as you can get.

It’s a bad Christmas for Nice, of a bad Chrismousse, as he’s had his big club release clause triggered.

I’ve taken a gamble that a Ricardinho will be better than the £400k. We’ll see.

This young German is loaned in to fill the gap at the back. Better reinforcements may be needed but are not available.

Everton have our number this season. It’s weird.

This is an odd transfer on the face of it. I appreciate Metz are the French Champions but I didn’t think their reputation would be large enough to attract Kluivert. He’s a fraud anyway.

LOOK WHO’S COME HOME! Tam Tam Bigelow lasted 4 months in France, contributing very little. But now he’s back, in pog form.

The Palace rollercoaster of somehow not scoring that many goals continues but we just about see off Villa.

I mean we should be making the final but we’re not in the best form it has to be said.

McVeigh has been out of contract at Nice since the summer and he’s finally decided to leave. I opt to keep him in the BEEFCO, he can’t be any worse than Clinton Morrison.

The transfer window in Holland is now closed, so we’re stuck with what we have.
Palace meanwhile continue to frustrate.

And again in the FA Cup. The only good news is that we won this on penalties.

Man Utd are out though, their fall from grace this season has been spectacular.

Nice continue to find the back of the net with an ease I didn’t think would ever be possible.

More struggles for our English Eagles, this time the opposition punish our goalscoring troubles.

It’s misery in Holland too, Trinita is injured again and without him we are like a pub team. Roda ruin Tam Tam’s return home.

That said, we’re still in and around the European places. It’s not over by a long shot with 13 to play.

We are a bit top heavy, I admit that. But with Natigol facing 3 months out, I am glad to have the options.

Meanwhile over in England, I can’t believe what I am seeing.

This team has plundered goals, especially the front 2. I’ve just sold Bruce Dyer to make a squad space and I’m going to buy somebody new to freshen things up.

The title is still a huge possibility. We aren’t even the top scorers in the division, we’re normally well ahead by now.

Over in France, the Nice squad is still a bit weird but now it gets results.

Now these Eagles are the top scorers, and the defence isn’t as bad as it has been. Chrismousse’s departure will probably cost us dearly especially with our young German loanee injured already.

We’ll finish Season 4 next week, everybody has stuff to play for. Palace are still in everything, remarkably, they just can’t score. Nice are well placed to get into Europe and Go Ahead continue to defy the odds in the top 6. We’ll see you there to see how it shapes up.
