What ever happened to…Richard Edghill

A great buy if you’re starting in Division Three and looking for a half-decent full-back with versatility. Edghill went on to make almost 200 appearances for Manchester City, but for some reason the game has him on a free transfer. He went on to captain the team and obtain a solitary cap for England B.

He is now on the coaching staff at Manchester City and also released his autobiography in 2014 titled Once a Blue, Always a Blue detailing his career at Manchester City where he was part of the side that climbed back to the Premier League from Division Two.

  1. Man City start the game with about 50 players in the squad! They always lose Tony Vaughan, Ged Brannan, Paul Dickov and Gerry Creany as well despite them being regulars that season.

Think it was down to the players with the lowest reputation or potential were the ones released, and those guys all had reputations around 80, combined with loads of the Man City youth players having -1 potential. Michael R. Brown and Chris Greenacre anyone?

    • I found the same with Barnsley that the game wont load all the players that are assigned in the DB every time
