The Blog Squad FC – Part 15 | @RossBell1984

Happy hump day. Here with an exciting culmination to the season is Ross, who is close to taking the Blog Squad to the top of the mountain. Can they?!

I’m back yet again with part 15 of the blog squad adventure. When I last left you we had closed in on the run into the season in 4th position. Let’s round up our first ever EPL season before i give you a round up of all the bloggers next week before I take a break until 2022.

I still can’t believe that Huddersfield are in the EPL, lets hope by the end of this update they aren’t anymore. We help them on their way with a 3-1 win and the now customary Andrew Red Card.

I’ve mentioned previously how much i hate Cov on this game so I’m delighted with a comfortable 2-0 win. Black and Nevland with the damage.

A late late late winner from Dave seals us a vital 3 points at Ewood park. we’ve a few games to go and its a three horse race between us, Leeds and Aston Villa.

The return of King Kev did for us in our last meeting with the magpies but no such problems this time, Nevland continues his lethal form.

That win leaves things looking like this with 3 to play for me.

A trip to Deano’s Wimbledon but he’s nowhere to be seen, hurt bby not being able to meet up for a drink with their mate the boys do enough to secure 3 vital points.

2 to go and it’s looking good. Not in our hands though so all we need to do is keep winning and home Leeds slip up.

What i was saying about needing to keep winning, well the lads seemed to have not been listening as we let a glorious chance to put the pressure on Leeds slip away thanks to Ross Hay…. No me either.

Lets hope for a miracle!

We did all we could to win it but it’s down to the other two to help us out.

Bollocks!

And with that I’m off to drown my sorrows at a debut EPL title squandered. Join me next week for the final (for now) instalment where we will round up the season and catch up with some old friends.
