Hello Everyone and welcome to the final International Series post as we take Italy through World Cup 98. In the last update we qualified as group winners beating Georgia and drawing with England in our final two games. Our friendly results showed we are behind the top teams such as France and Brazil. We have to come together in this tournament.

So without further a do, for one last time this summer let’s head to France for the World Cup.

Brazil get off to the perfect start with the win over Mexico. They are helped by Scotland & Eire playing out a bore draw.

Hello everyone and welcome to the final International Series blog of the summer. So far we took England to the World Cup Quarter Final after a dramatic playoff with Denmark to qualify. We then had 4 incredible seasons with Northern Ireland cumulating in a trip to the 2002 World Cup where we got knocked out by eventual winners Spain.

I put a vote out on twitter to see who the final team of the International Series would be and Italy were the winners from the choices of Italy, Germany, France & Spain. So we arrive in Rome to take Italy to the World Cup and we get the list of Friendlies for the season.

Brazil, Spain and France will be a real test for us.

Nathan is trying to guide Northern Ireland to Euro 2000 and faces three big games to try and get them there. Can they do the unthinkable?

Hello everyone and welcome back to our Northern Ireland adventure as we try to qualify for an International Tournament. We missed out on France 98 after being in a tough group with Portugal and Germany. Our next chance is Euro 2000 but we will have to overcome Eire, England, Yugoslavia & Albania to qualify.

Our first game of the season is against England at Windsor Park in a qualifier. England top the group so this will be a tough game.

Hello everyone and welcome back to the Northern Ireland International Series challenge. The challenge is to qualify for a tournament and have a crack at the tournament then move on. In the first of the series we guided England to the 98 World Cup. We reached the Quarter Finals but bowed out the Holland.

In the first season with Northern Ireland we failed to qualify for the 98 World Cup as we were in a tough group with Portugal and Germany. We didn’t find any good form until the last 3 games of the season which won against team of a similar or lesser reputation than us. The next tournament for us to have a go at is Euro 2000. Nathan is back with another crack at the International stage. After his attempts with England, where is he managing this time?

Hello everyone and welcome to the second instalment of the International Series. In the first of this series we took England to the World Cup Quarter Finals like so many others before us.

In this Edition we take over Northern Ireland. My aim with all of the teams in this series is just to qualify for a tournament and then play through that tournament and see how we go. Northern Ireland is going to be tall order but I’m looking forward to the challenge.

Hi Everyone. Welcome back to France and welcome back to summer 1998. So far, it’s been a summer to remember with the Three Lions cruising through their World Cup group consisting of Australia, Italy and Morocco.

Next up we take on Saudi Arabia in the round of 16. We beat them in the warm ups and I’m hoping for a similar result.
