30 For 30 – Season 8: Back To The North | @FMCM_FC

Hello and welcome back to the 30 for 30 challenge. We had 4 terrific seasons with Greenock Morton, winning promotion to the Premier League and finishing 4th in our first season. We had a spin in the UEFA Cup before moving South to Coventry. It’s been a battle to say the least. We got relegated then promoted, survived only just then ended last season relegated again. So we go for Promotion again at the first time of asking.

30 For 30 – Season 6: Survival Scrap | @FMCM_FC

Hello and welcome back to the 30 for 30 challenge. We enter Season 6 on the back of an immediate promotion back to the Premier League with Coventry. We had 3 and half fantastic years at Morton in Scotland before moving South. We couldn’t keep Coventry up but we have got them back at the first time of asking. So, before we start the new season let’s have a look at the new recruits.

Poch, Sanchez and Molnar bring some much needed experience. Freestone is Matt Le Tissier Jr and Tony Schjonberg is Peter Schmeichel Jr.

30 For 30 – Season 5: Bounce Back Ability | @FMCM_FC

Hello and welcome back to the 30 season challenge. Here is a quick review of what has happened so far. Season 1 saw us arrive at Morton and storm to the Division 1 Scottish title. Season 2 we had a ball in the Scottish Prem finishing 4th. Season 3 was a nightmare and we survived by the skin of our teeth. Season 4 was going the same way until we moved to Coventry. We got relegated anyway with Coventry so this season will be all about getting promoted back to the Premier League.

30 For 30 – Season 3: European Tour | @FMCM_FC

Hello. Welcome back to my challenge of getting to the very last screen of CM9798 which says you have now completed 30 seasons. Season 1 saw us take over at Greenock Morton in the Scottish 1st Division. We signed a load of free transfers and romped to the League Title. Season 2 we added a bit of quality with Sensini & Prosinecki. We manage a massively impressive 4th in our first season in the Scottish Premier League. We get wins at both Rangers and Celtic in the process. So now we’ve recapped let’s crack on with Season 3.

30 For 30 – Season 2: Mixing It With The Big Boys | @FMCM_FC

Hello and welcome back to our 30 season challenge. The aim is simply to get to the final screen of CM9798 which says 30 seasons has been reached. In season 1 we had a blinder! We took over Greenock Morton and with a string of free transfers we managed to storm to the Scottish Division 1 title. So without further ado let’s crack on with the Scottish Premiership.

30 For 30 – Season 1: Off To A Flyer | @FMCM_FC

Hello. Welcome to a challenge that I have attempted once before and failed. The aim is simple. Get to the end of season 29 and get the screen that says you have completed 30 seasons in the game. The last time i tired this i made it to season 9 before my laptop died so hopefully that won’t happen this time. I’m going 1 post per season so without further ado let’s dive into season 1.

Now to pick my starting team I picked a team at random (Macclesfield) then instantly retired the fake manager. Then it was time to look at teams with no managers, obviously i ruled out Macclesfield. There was 8 teams to choose from and I got the Mrs to choose. She chose Greenock Morton for me in the Scottish 1st Division. There is no real aim other than get to the end of the game. Let’s see what adventure we go on to get there.

30 For 30 – Season 4: Moving South | @FMCM_FC

Hello All and welcome aboard for Season 4. The aim of course is to get to the end of the game and get a screenshot of the last screen in the game. No rules or quirks, just full steam ahead and try to win a trophy or 2. Season 1 saw us land at Greenock Morton and storm to the Scottish Div 1 title. Season 2 we managed a barely believable 4th spot in the Premiership. Last season we had a fantastic run to the UEFA Cup Quarter Finals but just survived in the league. Let’s see what Season 4 has to offer!

Benidorm CF – Part 7: El Gran Final | @FMCM_FC

Here’s Nathan this Autumunal Tuesday to round off season 1 with Benidorm…

Hello. We are back in Benidorm, where you will find more mobility scooters than pets. In the last update Brian got super excited because King Kev was on the opposing bench as we took on Sevilla. We also went on a fantastic run that saw us hit top spot for now. Let’s jump straight into this update.

March

We have a genuine chance of promotion here. Pete and I are treating it as business as usual around the training ground but you can sense the excitement round Benidorm. As the players arrive for training the lights in the changing room go out. Next thing the lockers spring open and illuminous paint sprays out everywhere and confetti cannons are going off everywhere! When the chaos stops there is a pair of light up trainers in the middle of the room. Pete finds the lights and flicks them on. Stood there is Sean Kirkby wearing a cheap Benidorm tshirt printed with “I’m Back” on the back of it. Everyone explodes laughing and cheering. He’s not in great shape but he can start running and gym work again. It’s great to have him back.

Benidorm CF – Part 6: A King in Seville | @FMCM_FC

Anybody want to feel a bit warmer? Off to Benidorm with Nath it is…

Hello. Welcome back to Benidorm where a full English costs less than a multi pack of crisps in the UK! In the last episode we had an x rated trip to Benidorm palace and a sad catch up with Kirkby. In this update we get into the nitty gritty part of the season. We meet King Kev in Seville and finally the transfer market is open which we will look to dip into.

January

Brian is absolutely buzzing this week. The reason for this is because our next game is against Seville and their new manager is Kevin Keegan. Brian is a huge Liverpool fan so he’s offered Kev a meal out in Seville after the game. He’s invited me & Pete as well. Pete politely declines and says he’ll head back on the bus with the lads. I decide to tag along.
