Hello and welcome back to The Wonderkids where we are taking a bunch of players on the knife edge between Ronal-do and Ronal-don’t from the complete unknown to, hopefully, the pinnacle of CM9798 (although, I’m yet to decide what that pinnacle is!). If you’ve been keeping up with us, you’ll know that the demands of just 10 games of football can be a precarious path to follow for these tin soldiers, from crisp packet hands to broom handle spines…we’ve got it all. Hello and welcome back to the latest part of our adventure with The Wonderkids. From Division Three to the Premier League; from anonymity to International recognition; released after one week and never snapped up by another club (hellooo Nicoletti). You can catch up with the start of our assault on the Premier League here.

So far, we’ve made a solid start to life at the top of the dinner table, and despite losing two games we’re seven points clear at the top with Yuri Rose and Ulrik ‘Ulrika’ Balling on fire. The only crushing blow so far has been Leonidas effectively ruled out until the start of next season. Here’s a reminder of our lofty perch:

Hello and welcome to season four of The Wonderkids. We’ve been on a journey from Division Three and have finally taken our men with the minus touch to the promised land…we have arrived in the Premier League. You can catch up from the start here.

Hello and welcome back to The Wonderkids where we continue to attempt to take a rag-tag bunch of players with unlimited potential from Division Three all the way to the top. Most of them may never have a hope in hell of becoming the next Nii Lamptey, John Curtis or David Beckham (yes he’s got unlimited potential whilst Michael Owen…does not) but we’ll see if we can drag the last ounce of potential out of them. Last time out the backbone of Dean ‘Bing’ Chandler had helped carry us to within sniffing distance of the promised land with 13 games to go. Our strikers not quite on fire as before but the goals continue and we’re defensively ‘okay’. Here’s a reminder of the table;
