30 For 30 – Season 29: The Last Dance | @FMCM_FC

Hello and welcome back to 30 for 30. We are into season 29 which i sincerely hope is the last one! We’ve been to Morton, Coventry, Motherwell, Palace, Man Utd back to Palace, Arsenal and Rangers. It took us 20 seasons to win a top trophy but then we won the lot in Glasgow. So let’s do this one final time and get to that coveted last screen on CM 97/98.

Brits Abroad – Part 6: It’s in the genes

Welcome back to “Brits Abroad”, a series where I’m trying to build an entirely British team at Benfica and hopefully dominate the game. So far, that hasn’t really been the case, but it’s early days in the grand scheme of things and we’re firing on three fronts as you join us in part 6. Who thought we’d get as far as a 6th part? I know I didn’t. Anyway, it’s the end of season 2 and we have it all to play for. So let’s get to it…At the end of the last update Sporting Lisbon took us to a replay back at our place in the Portugese cup. The time for that replay…is now.

Monaco Part-Ex Outlet. Part 8: Beep for Bell*nd | @Emsonite

Monaco? Yes you read that right.

What’s going on? I’ll tell you. Talking shit, as per, with my butty @thetynter, and this blog pops up. I was telling him about Trade guy who hates skateboarders bla bla bla. And he already knows about it. In fact. He knows a lot more than I do.

Brits Abroad – Part 5: Progress

Lovely to see you all this morning. Let’s enjoy today’s entirely new post.

Welcome back. Who thought we’d get as far as part 5? Not me, and not Brian Deane. I thought we’d be mid table by now but we’re actually better than that, I think I overestimated much of the Portuguese league. Anyway, we sit 4th and still in Europe, so let’s get on with it.

Back in the action then after the International break and we labour to a 1-0 win.

Merthyr Part-X Outlet. Part 7: I need a new Wigg | @Emsonite

May the fourth be with you, always.

Let’s take stock of where we are.

  • Won Division 2 at a canter in the end after sabotaging our rivals.
  • £7m in the bank.
  • I’m owed a Sheff Utd player for £1.1m after not exchanging anyone. Sheridan left on a big club release clause without my knowledge.
  • Good news – There’s wanted signs on a few of our players.
  • Bad news – Apart from Newsome, all clubs interested are from the lower leagues.
