Hello again and welcome to season six of The Wonderkids! What is remarkable is that we are still going, largely with the same squad (plus a few adjustments along the way) and achieving some relative success, dragging ourselves to an improbable title defence last season. All that alludes us now is the World Club Cup, the European Super Cup, The Cup Winners Cup (if we can finish low enough), the UEFA Cup (again, assuming we can finish low enough) and the Division One title which Wolves snatched from our grasp a few seasons ago. Hello and welcome back to The Wonderkids where our minus men are closing out season 5 of their existence. If you missed it, you can catch-up with last week here. We had a torrid start to our season and started out in the bottom half of the table. Multiple cup-runs have left us playing catch-up and we remain 5 points behind the leaders, but this time with a game in hand and 11 games to go. Here’s a reminder of our position:

Hello and welcome back to The Wonderkids where we are taking a bunch of players on the knife edge between Ronal-do and Ronal-don’t from the complete unknown to, hopefully, the pinnacle of CM9798 (although, I’m yet to decide what that pinnacle is!). If you’ve been keeping up with us, you’ll know that the demands of just 10 games of football can be a precarious path to follow for these tin soldiers, from crisp packet hands to broom handle spines…we’ve got it all. Hello and welcome back to the latest part of our adventure with The Wonderkids. From Division Three to the Premier League; from anonymity to International recognition; released after one week and never snapped up by another club (hellooo Nicoletti). So far, we’ve made a solid start to life at the top of the dinner table, and despite losing two games we’re seven points clear at the top with Yuri Rose and Ulrik ‘Ulrika’ Balling on fire. The only crushing blow so far has been Leonidas effectively ruled out until the start of next season. Here’s a reminder of our lofty perch:
