Brown’s morale has been at a low ebb and as ever, he’s had niggling injuries disrupting his time in Hamburg. However, we’ve clawed our way back up with a silly formation that seems to be doing the trick.

Well, hello there! It’s been a while since I’ve done one of these. And having recruited the assistance of @CharleMagne9798 and @ManagerOld I’ve been able to take things a little step further. Also, big nod to the ‘Northern Ireland Football Players Directory 1998/99’ which was a comprehensive list of players, positions, dates of birth and histories of c. 600 players.

Willkommen! Here we are again. Last time out the Champions League kept us off the pace at the top of the table and we can get close by winning games in hand. If you missed the last episode, you can catch up here.

Willkommen! We’re here for our third and final season in the Keegan-Burger where we’ve taken a Hamburg team and moulded it around David Brown, a young English export. Season one was fantastic as we won the Bundesliga and qualified for the Champions League. Season two saw Brown injured for long periods as we scrapped into 2nd place to again qualify for elite European competition. Our cup performances have been less than satisfactory and ideally, I’d like to turn that around this season.

Hello, and welcome! Well, you’ll be pleased to know I’ve been messing around with the editor again and well, what have we cooked up. From the 1990 World Cup, FIFA decided it would be a great idea to name an all-star team of the tournament after previously receiving complaints in early tournaments. It started with 11 players and by 1998 would become a ‘squad’ of 16. So, I’ll get to the question: how would the FIFA All-Stars of the 1998 World Cup actually perform as a squad in the 1998 World Cup? Well, thank God we have CM9798 to help us find out!
